Take a few quiet minutes to massage your face with gentle, flowing strokes. It’s a lovely way to help your facial oil glide across the skin and make your routine feel that little bit more special.

How to use: Apply facial oil to clean skin so the tool glides easily. Hold the Gua Sha almost flat against your skin and sweep gently outwards from the centre of your face. Use light pressure on the cheeks, jawline and forehead, repeating each movement a few times.

Clean with warm water and mild soap, then dry thoroughly. Use only on comfortable, unbroken skin and stop if it causes discomfort.
