Are your products 100% natural?

Yes — our formulations are created using natural botanical oils and carefully selected ingredients.

Are your products cruelty free?

Absolutely. Lily & Frank products are cruelty free and never tested on animals.

Where are your products made?

All products are handmade in small batches in Northern Ireland.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Our formulations are designed to be gentle; however, we always recommend carrying out a patch test before first use.

How should I store my facial oils?

Store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

How long do the oils last after opening?

Please refer to the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on your packaging. Most Lily & Frank facial oils are best used within 6–12 months after opening.

Can I return opened products?

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare products unless faulty.

Do I need a moisturiser as well?

For most skin types, no. Lily & Frank Elixirs are designed to provide complete hydration and nourishment on their own. If your skin is particularly dry, you may choose to layer a moisturiser over your elixir, but many customers find the elixir is all they need.
