It’s Official: Eternal Eye Elixir Has Been CPSR Approved ✨ Our much-loved botanical eye treatment officially launches Saturday 15th August 2026 There are some moments in building Lily & Frank that feel particularly special — and this is definitely one of them. I am absolutely delighted to announce that Eternal Eye Elixir has officially received its CPSR safety approval and will launch on Saturday 15th August 2026. After months of formulation, research, testing, paperwork and, most importantly, incredible feedback from the women who have been trialling it, Eternal Eye Elixir is finally ready to become an official part of the Lily & Frank collection. A Little Bottle With a Very Special Story Eternal Eye Elixir was created specifically for the delicate eye area, with one simple goal: to create a luxurious botanical treatment that nourishes and conditions the skin while helping it appear smoother, brighter and revitalised. As with everything I create for Lily & Frank, I didn’t want to formulate something simply because it sounded beautiful on a label. I wanted to create something I genuinely believed in and would be excited to use on my own skin every day. The formula combines carefully selected botanical oils and antioxidant-rich ingredients including Squalane, Jojoba, Rosehip, Green Coffee Seed Oil, CoQ10, Vitamin E and Bakuchiol. Each ingredient has been chosen with the delicate eye contour in mind, creating a beautifully nourishing yet lightweight treatment that can become part of both your morning and evening skincare ritual. From Customer Trials to Official Approval One of the things I am most proud of about Eternal Eye Elixir is the journey it has taken before reaching launch day. Before its official release, the elixir has been used and trialled by real women, and the feedback I have received has been absolutely incredible. Seeing customers share their experiences, photographs and excitement about the changes they have noticed in their skin has made all the work behind the scenes worthwhile. Lily & Frank has always been a results-led brand. I want the products we release to earn their place in your skincare routine. Receiving the CPSR approval for Eternal Eye Elixir therefore feels like another huge milestone for this little Northern Irish skincare brand. What Does CPSR Approval Mean? A Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR) is an essential part of bringing a cosmetic product legally and responsibly to market. The formulation and its ingredients are assessed from a cosmetic safety perspective before the finished product is placed on sale. For me, this process is incredibly important. Lily & Frank may be a small independent brand, but I want the same care, responsibility and attention to detail behind our products that you would expect from a much larger skincare company. Handmade in Northern Ireland Eternal Eye Elixir will be lovingly made in Northern Ireland in small batches, just like the rest of the Lily & Frank collection. That small-batch approach is something I never want to lose. Every bottle represents what Lily & Frank was created to stand for: beautiful botanical ingredients, thoughtful formulation, honest skincare and products created with genuine care.
